1.2. Understanding the termes

visitor – any natural person, legal entity, or other entity accessing the site;
user – any natural person, legal entity, or other entity registered on the site who, by completing the Account creation process, has consented to the specific terms of this section;
buyer – any natural person aged at least 18, legal entity, or other entity that creates an Account on the site and places an Order, or that places an Order on the site without creating an Account;
consumer – any natural person aged at least 18, or group of natural persons formed into associations, acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, production, artisanal, or professional activities;
economic operator – an authorized natural person of legal age or legal entity that, within the scope of its professional activity, manufactures, imports, transports, or markets products (or parts thereof) or provides services;
service provider – the economic operator providing services;
account – the section of the site consisting of an e-mail address and a password, which allows the User/Buyer to submit Orders and contains information about the User/Buyer and their history on the site (orders, tax invoices, etc.). This unique site interface is accessible only to persons or entities that create an Account;
order – the electronic document through which the Buyer conveys to the Seller their commitment to purchase at least one product from the website;
contract – the contract concluded remotely, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer, through the Buyer's acceptance of the specific terms set out in this section.

2.1. General rules
By using the site, you agree to comply with the following rules:
a) The site is intended for use by any person interested in purchasing one or more products made available on the site;
b) You undertake to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating an Account or placing an Order. When placing any order, you agree to pay the price of the ordered products using a payment method made available by the Economic Operator;
c) You undertake to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account security has been compromised, please notify us immediately so that all necessary measures can be taken. We will take immediate steps to protect your Account and guide you through the process of recovering access;
d) Using the site for illegal purposes or in ways that could in any way affect your use of the site or that of other visitors is prohibited;
e) Reselling products purchased from the site is prohibited, unless prior agreement is obtained from the Economic Operator;
f) The Economic Operator reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the site—temporarily or permanently—for Visitors, Users, or Buyers who violate the provisions of the "Terms and Conditions" in any way, without incurring any liability. No prior notification is required;
g) You may delete your account at any time;
h) Should the "Terms and Conditions" undergo changes, the updated version will be published on the site. If Visitors / Users / Buyers continue to use the site, their agreement to the new "Terms and Conditions" is presumed.
2.2. Placing orders
An online order may include one or more of the products available on the site.
a) Online orders placed via the site may only include products available at that time.
b) Online orders may be placed by any natural person aged 18 or older, by any legal entity, or by any other entity.
c) Online orders may be placed via the Customer Account menu. Online orders may also be placed without a Customer Account by accessing the website.
d) Selecting and adding products or services to the shopping cart does not automatically result in their reservation or the conclusion of a sales contract. Clicking the "Complete Order" button, paying the full price of the selected products, and confirming the order are necessary steps for the successful completion of the Order. The sales contract is deemed concluded only after the Order has been accepted and processed by the Economic Operator. An Order identification number will be generated in the Customer Account or sent to the provided email address. This tracking number allows for monitoring the Order status.
e) The Economic Operator reserves the right not to fulfill an Order in the following situations:
● payment has not been registered;
● the selected products are no longer available.
f) Cancellation or modification of Orders may be requested online at the email address office@thecoretransylvania.com. These actions are possible only if the products have not yet been shipped.
g) Shipping costs are borne exclusively by the Buyer.
h) The dispatch timeframe is 1–5 business days from Order confirmation. This timeframe is subject to change during periods of peak demand.
i) Following Order confirmation, the tax invoice will be issued within a maximum of 14 days and sent to the email address and/or the Account.
*Product images displayed on the site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ in any respect (color, appearance, etc.) from the delivered products; the actual products may vary from the photos and descriptions presented on the site.
2.3. Price and Payment Methods
Payment may be made:
a) via bank transfer – in advance, based on the tax invoice issued after the Order is received;
b) online by card. No additional fees or commissions apply to bank card payments;
c) upon delivery (cash on delivery) – payment available only via courier services.
All transactions will be processed in RON.
The tax invoice for the purchased products will be generated based on the contact and identification details provided by the Buyer.
The tax invoice will be sent to the Buyer via the provided email address and/or made available in their Account.
The tax invoice is valid without the stamp or signature of the Economic Operator.
Payment is deemed made once the price is received in the Economic Operator's bank account.
All transactions will be confirmed via a notification in the Account and/or by email.
The Economic Operator may update product prices at any time, without affecting the costs of orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event that prices or other details regarding products, promotions, or vouchers have been displayed incorrectly—including due to data entry errors—the Economic Operator reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the product in question and to notify the Buyer of the error by telephone and/or e-mail as soon as possible, provided the product has not yet been delivered.
2.4. Order Delivery
Products ordered via the website will be delivered throughout Romania.
The dispatch timeframe is 1–5 business days from order confirmation.
During periods of peak demand, the dispatch timeframe may be extended but will not exceed 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
The business operator partners with courier and delivery companies to offer flexible shipping options.
During the order checkout process, the Buyer may select the most suitable delivery method, and shipping costs will be clearly displayed.
Shipping costs vary based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the order.
Shipping costs are determined by the contracted delivery provider and are borne exclusively by the Buyer, payable alongside the price of the selected products.
The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.
2.5. Order reception
The Buyer must inspect the Order upon delivery, in the presence of the courier, checking the condition, integrity, and number of products listed on the shipping document to ensure they correspond in terms of both quantity and quality.
Any discrepancy must be noted on the shipping documents, specifying the reasons for the order's non-conformity.
In the event of any non-conformity, please send a copy of the document within 24 hours of receiving the order so that the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.
Upon receipt of the products, the Buyer assumes responsibility for their condition and for the consequences of their use.
The Economic Operator's obligations are limited to the delivery of products and/or the provision of services.

Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis; the Economic Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it without prior notice.
The Economic Operator shall not be liable to the Buyer or to third parties for any modification, suspension, or interruption of access to the Site.

Users/Buyers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur within their Accounts.

Errors or inaccuracies may occasionally appear on the website.
The economic operator reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to modify the information displayed on the website without prior notice.
