Our Team Members

With a background in both physiotherapy and sport, Eszti brings a strong understanding of movement and the body to her classes. She graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Babeș-Bolyai University, holds a degree in Balneophysiokinetotherapy from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and is certified in Pilates Reformer. She has over four years of experience in physiotherapy and massage therapy, as well as 17 years of experience practising karate.

A graduate of Balneophysiokinesitherapy and Rehabilitation from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Raul combines his passion for movement and sport with a strong foundation in medical rehabilitation and an in-depth understanding of the human body.

Movement has been at the centre of Iustina’s life for as long as she can remember. As a professional ballerina, ballet teacher and certified Pilates instructor, she has spent years exploring how the body moves and how strength, control and precision develop through practice. Her professional experience in Romania and abroad has given her a deep understanding of coordination, mobility and body awareness, which she brings to her classes.
